This teapot is known as Liufong Shipiao (Liufong means hexagonal). It was fully handmade by the Senior National Craftwork Artist CHEN You Lin陳友林 who is a descendant of Zisha Master CHEN Ming Yuan 陳鳴遠. CHEN You Lin has worked in Zhisha craftwork 40 years. His great craftsmanship made him won a lot of Yixing teapots competitions. 

This pot is vey different to be forming as its body and lid are both spliced with 6 pieces by hand. The shape is very beautiful with quaint-looking. It shows that the artist’s work is remarkable.

The clay is a natural multi-mineral clay contains purple clay and Duanni. It is very rare. Its characters are great. This high level teapot is much more expensive in the markets.  

國家高級工藝師陳友林，全手工作品，經典型器六方石瓢。陳老師是紫砂大師陳鳴遠後人，製壺已40年，手工精湛，其作品在多個比賽中獲獎。很有潛力的大師級藝人，在紫砂界頗俱名氣，其作品在拍賣會錄得高價成交。

泥料為純正黃龍山混生礦，含紫泥及段泥，泥料極佳。如此高水平壺，市場價非常高昂。
