This teapot is known as Pumpkin Loop-handled Pot. It was made by a famous artist CHEN Zhen (陳真) who owns national qualification. CHEN studies zisha craftwork from Master JIANG Yihua (蔣藝華) - successor of Grand Master JIANG Rong (蔣蓉). CHEN really granted authentic techniques of JIANG and had potential to be a zisha master as his teacher.
This teapot is combined tradition and creation. It is rich in artistic value and worth collecting. The clay is a great old beige sandy clay which has very beautiful colors and great venting quality.
