This teapot is known as Mei Baochun (means plum blossom prirose spring). It was fully handmade by a potential artist YIN Lu 尹璐 who learns zisha craftwork from Master XU Yuan Ming 徐元明. The shape of pot is vigorous and forceful. The decorations of plum blossom are so meticulous. That shows that the artist’s work is remarkable.
The clay is an old purple clay called "Wenge Zini" which was produced in 1970s. It has lots of mica and very good air permeablity.
實力派藝人尹璐老師，全手工作品。尹老師師承徐元明大師(徐漢棠傳人)。所做報春壺水平很高，深受藏家喜愛。此壺造型到位，梅枝蒼勁有力，可見作者功力之高。
